Once a month the Association will hold a membership
meeting as well as a Board of Directors meeting, we will do
our best to have meetings on the second Monday of every month in
the Commissioner Court Room at the Panola County Courthouse, but
due to the simple fact that other groups have meetings there as well
we can not guarantee that we will be able to have all of our meetings
at this location. Secretary, Bridget Twomey will notify all members of
upcoming meetings as soon as they are posted. If you would like to
bring a topic to the Board please contact Bridget Twomey at
903-692-0119 to be placed on the agenda and to find out the date
and time of the next Board meeting.

The PCCA Board will hold an emergency board meeting on January 29th at the
Country Catfish at 7 p.m. Items to be discussed are: The need of a roping
chute. (We have a quote and need a vote!) and a few other very important items
need to be addressed as well.
